What Do Your Hands Say About You?

Mine have scars and freckles from working in the garden too often without gloves. I have callouses on my fingertips from years of strumming the guitar. The blood veins are dark and raised. The nails are in need of a manicure. My knuckles are beginning to show signs of arthritis. But they have felt the fevers of sick children, touched a baby’s cheek and have shaken the hands of a couple of Presidents and they are me. How do you feel about your hands?:

Does The Parafin Come Off Your Hands Easy?

I’m think about buying a paraffin machine for my arthritis in my thumb. I’m told they are good for that. Should I buy plastic gloves to put over my hands?

What Causes Arthritis In Your Lower Back?
