I am only 16, so I think I might be a little young for arthritis or something like that. I also need to be able to keep my hand normal in colder tempatures for my job without gloves.
What is this, and how can I prevent it?

Why Do My Hands Close When I Sleep?
February 4th, 2010When I sleep both my hands close automatically. I try sleeping with thick gloves on to prevent them from closing, but when I wake up my knuckles are stiff and painful. The pain subsides quickly as I start to wiggle my fingers, but I’m not sure what is happening or why. It doesn’t sound like symptoms of carpal tunnel or arthritis, but could it be early stages of arthritis?
How To Find Comfort When Suffering From Arthritis?
January 6th, 2010My mother has arthritis in both knees. Her cartilage has worn out and now she suffers from severe pain in both of her knees. She is already taking prescription medications for it which don’t seem to help. She took shots in both of her knees to help with the pain but after a few months it wears off.
If you are suffering from very bad arthritis and you get relief somehow, please do share with me how you get relief.
