I do therapy but it recurred. I put warm bag/warm compress on my lower back now and I use some natural therapy cream made of ginger, virgin coconut oil and peppermint which seems to have stopped the pain so far. I don’t know if it’s just the nature of arthritis that it stops then recurs at any given time and I don’t know anymore whether what i’m doing now is the one that makes the pain stop.
