First, what size gloves are you using to hit the bags? Bigger gloves than what you would use to spar or actually box with will help you allot on the heavy bag with speed endurance and accuracy plus it will help reduce the pressure that inflicts on your wrists when you hit the bag constantly.
Second, make sure that your wraps are on correctly at to your wrists is secured tightly and comfortably.
Third, working your wrists out before you actually hit the bag will help allot as well. Stretching them by strapping a weight of your desire to lach of some kind letting it hang down from your wrists with your hands side to side then slowly rotate your wrists in a circular motion will help stretch them then go to the wrists curls with some weights this will build and literally awaken your muscles to get ready for the pounding on the heavy bag.
Other than that after every work out run your wrists through some ice and you should be fine.
Hope this helps you because I ran into the same problem and once I changed my methods never ran into it again.
Good luck buddy hope you get better soon.

Yes. First off make sure that you are wrapping your wrists before you start on the bag. Second make sure you workout your wrists with wrist curls. Third they will hurt from time to time just soak them in ice.
