See you probably have low bone density cuz your a girl(no offense of course). But idk, i dont wanna say fight through it cuz everytime i felt like that i was doing something wrong. let it heal and if it feels better next time that means your bones in your hands are getting used to the stress, if it keeps feeling the same then i would talk to a proffesional.

If your fingers hurt, you are not using proper technique. If your knuckles hurt, it could be technique or it could conditioning. I want to say that you've wrapped your knuckles too tight, but since you've ruled that out, it leaves the other 2 options. We'll need a little more info to answer your question. How do you ball up your fist? How well aligned is your hand, wrist and forearm? Are you striking with your knuckles and not your fingers? Are your wraps affecting the way you make a fist?
