Stop smoking pot and stop taking medicine for a month to see if it helps, how tough is the punching bag?

It is possible that you have weak wrists and ankles. I used to have this problem doing gymnastics when I was young. Now later in life I do have arthritis. They used to tape my wrists and ankles. Stop punching the punching bag. Try another form of exercise, riding a bike, or walking. Your doctor should have run blood tests on you to determine whether or not you actually have arthritis. There is such a thing as juvenile arthritis.

My son wears these medical gloves at night which help heal his sore hands. U might need to rest your hands too.
