Simply answer is NO! If you have Arthritis in your knee then the Rheumatologist should have told you, 'You have Arthritis and it is incurable'. The problem with trying to get a knee brace, you will allow the muscles that support the knee joint to waste away, as the brace will take the strain, rather than the muscles. So if you think the pain is bad now, wait and see what happens when you no longer have strong muscles to support it! People with Arthritis like me are TOLD the first thing to do is cease any high impact sport and protect the joints. Therefore I gave up jogging, let alone tennis, badminton and squash, took up aqua jogging ans walking instead, still have my joints and just turned 50, was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 29! Best of Luck
