Is It Possible To Get Arthritis In The Knees From Running? Do Certain Foods Aggrivate Arthritis?

I have been running for 10 years, but have had to stop due to pain I am getting in my knees which I suspect is arthritis?
Do certain foods make arthritis worse??

    it could be any number of things, arthritis being amongst the unlikely ones unless you’re either a: quite old or b: genetically prone to early onset.
    see a good sports doctor or physio, it may be cureable, particularly if you’ve got a dodgy running technique or the wrong trainers.
