I have been running for 10 years, but have had to stop due to pain I am getting in my knees which I suspect is arthritis?

Cartilage is the third most precious material of your body. Good you stopped assaulting your joints!
it could be any number of things, arthritis being amongst the unlikely ones unless you’re either a: quite old or b: genetically prone to early onset.
see a good sports doctor or physio, it may be cureable, particularly if you’ve got a dodgy running technique or the wrong trainers.
good luck!
I have heard even the Allopathic Doctors say, our heart condition– bitterness, unforgiving etc effects body. Read Bible, seek Jesus. He helps the helpless.
