		<description>Sparring with a bag will cause marginal or negligible injury to your hands and joints if you are using the punching for cardio purposes only. This also depends on the force with which you punch, and if you&#039;re not a trained boxer, I most likely would guess that you&#039;re not denting the bag like a Klitschko brother!
I&#039;d say that if you are using the bag for fitness reasons, and not sparring where you are getting punched in the head, you can sleep safe at night without the worry that this will bring on arthritis in the future!</description>
